I couldn't find any option to publish my content in here . I completed the task in researcher and for getting next rank I have to publish my content but I couldn't find any option for this.

You need to be a published instructor in order for you to achieved the next rank, which means publishing your course/courses on the Udemy platform not in the community itself.
