How to do both English and Spanish?

Hi - My first course will be in Spanish (on Agile), and then others in English. What settings should I use to make Spanish show for the Spanish courses, and English for the English courses?

So far, I see only the ability to choose one language: one area in course, and another area in instructor profile. But not both, or either/or. Here's my current landing page in draft:

I can change the topic headings to English in instructor profile, but I want to keep them in Spanish for the Spanish language courses, and then put them in English for the English language courses. Is this possible?
