Hello Pros,
An increase watch time is quite important.
I would like to know, what steps we can follow to make the screencasts more engaging, that may lead to increase watch time.
Thanks for your tips in advance.

Hi @mohitkr05 I'm bumping up your post in the hopes to get some comments from your fellow instructors.

I try to add some humor. With my last course screencast I tried to do a fun project. Adding an assignment or challenge can help as well.

I would also recommend paying attention to accessibility requirements (font style, size, colour contrast etc) and trying to make sure that the slides are accessible from the outset - that way more people will be able to interact with it effectively. Images are always a good addition in my book, but should always act as a prompt for the text to link easily with the script, rather than being random and distracting the viewer from the message.
