I am working on building a course. I want to target it toward CPAs to get their continuing education requirements (CPE). I do see some courses that offer this and I want to understand what I need to do to offer that for my courses.
I'm familiar with the requirements of NASBA, but would like advice on how to use Udemy to meet those requirements.
I understand that Udemy has polling questions, but I'm most curious about the CPE certificates, how are those generated with the required information? Also is Udemy a sponsor with Texas? Any complaints from students not getting their CPE? Do I need to get my own sponsorship with the regulators?

Hi @python-dave, thank you for reaching out!
At the moment, offering CPE certificates is only available through Udemy Business, as instructors cannot create CPE courses on their own. This process is managed by the Udemy Business team due to the rigorous requirements involved, including extensive assessments within the course, third-party validation, and submitting materials to the accrediting body NASBA.
We want to assure you that we are actively working on improving the platform and appreciate your feedback on better support for CPE courses in the future.
