How to publish my first video??

I have enrolled today only in Udemy as an instructor and I can teach mathematics of intermediate level but I don't know how to upload my first teaching video?

Please help me with that

This page is chock full of information about teaching on Udemy.Our minimum requirements for a course is that it contains at least 30 minutes of video content contained within at least 5 lectures.
