How to resolve downloading issues of course materials.

Greetings team, My name is Holmes and I'm a filmmaker. I've heard my course on Udemy for couple of months and my student always complain about issue with the resource material. They can't directly download the material without loosing the original name and video quality.

How can i solve this as it affect the workflow of my course?

If students are having trouble downloading the course materials, please refer them to contact student support who will be more than glad to look into this for them.
