How to website URL change in my profile?

Hi, 

I`d like t to learn, how is it possible to change the WEBSITE URL LOCKED

I could update other parts of the profile, only the WEBSITE part of the profile LOCKED, I could not find  a solution to UPDATE myWEBSITE URL.

Any IDEA or SOLUTIONS!
