I need final step of publishing after all uploading to udemy.

Once you have completed all the requirements for your course, click the Submit for Review icon on the left-hand side of the course management page. 

Once your course has been submitted for review then the Quality Review Process will begin, and it can take 2-3 business days for the course to be reviewed.  You can learn more about this process in this article.
