Indian citizen living in United Kingdom

I am a Indian citizen and living in UK on a employment visa, while asked for identity document i provided my Indian national ID as i do not have any UK govt ID. I am concerned that the UK residence address that i provided is obviously different than my Indian id. Will i fail verification.
