I woke up to find out that 1 of my courses has been banned, and another "Needs Fixes", but edit the course, because it's frozen.
Is there someone I could call/chat with about this?
It's been about 12 hours now, and I'm not hearing back from anyone from firstname.lastname@example.org

I just got in touch with someone via the chat & they said customer service will reply within 24-48 hours.
I'm still frustrated & irritated about this, but this information is helpful.
