Hello everyone,
I have checked the recommended video settings for desktop recordings. I would like to record my videos in 1080p@60fps with a bitrate of ~10Mbps to deliver the best quality for my first course. Since I don't have a problem with rendering and uploading these videos, it would be helpful to know, if Udemy supports these settings or if there might be occurring some problems for students.
Many thanks

Claas,
In general, instructions videos should be uploaded at 30fps. 1080 is definitely a good idea. As far as bitrate, remember that Udemy will re-encode your video for faster playback. This link will give you some recommendations for best format.

Good luck!

Hi GregReverdiau
Still new to what goes on behind the recording scenes when using Camstia Studio 8
Does the re-encode mean codecs?
Can you expand this bit please?
