Hi everyone,
I'm located in the US, and in the process of uploading my first course on Udemy. Looking to use the Direct Deposit feature for payouts but consistently getting the same message below. Can someone from Udemy provide any insight? I've tried this on different computers on different days and consistently getting this issue. Appreciate any assistance.

Thanks Abbie! It turns out that it was a Google Chrome issue. I tried it on multiple computers with Chrome and kept getting the same error. I then tried with Internet Explorer and it immediately worked fine. This might be a good heads up for others in case anyone else ever experiences the same issue. 🙂
