Landing Page information Incorrect

My landing page Primary topic and Most Representative topics are incorrect. How do I correct them? It currently states Primary topic as management skills and pivot tables. I teach a medical coding course, and has nothing to do with pivot tables or management. My company name is Pivot Medical Coding. I need immediate resolution, I waited to get the course publised and not received one enrollment.
