Makinv video in 720p size

My promo video is not being accepted as it says it is not in 720p size.

I am making it in windows movie maker and cannot see or increase its default resolution.

Can I get support in saving my file in required format?

Try OBS software...it's free and lot of good features are there's even related audio quality and background noise.
