hello, i just published my new training. I had 2 people. Then the viewing rates were 50%. They asked for a refund, which I think they recorded. In this case, my labor was garbage. Is anything done in this case?

Hi @engineercoder, I know that can be really frustrating when you see a student who has taken a good amount of your course and then asks for a refund. Currently, Udemy has a no-questions-asked, 30-day guarantee refund policy, which is designed to decrease students’ concern around buying a course. However, if you see a student who seems to be abusing Udemy’s refund policy, please let us know! Send an email to policy@udemy.com and the Trust & Safety team can definitely take a closer look.

absolutely annoying. I think the right of the trainer should be protected, though. Thank you.😊

You are selling courses at full price. Take part in udemy marketing...
Secondly, Turkesh students are hard to be pleased. It is my personel opinion.
