If I have students signing up for my new course through free coupons, will this result in my course ranking higher than on page 20 of the search results. Or, is the only way to rank higher a result of revenue?
Thank you,
Robert

Hi!
I have the same question. It will be nice to explain to us if somebody knows.

Hi @rmathisen Search rankings are based on a number of factors, some of which include relevance (based on the keywords in the title/subtitle), the number of course reviews, and the quality of the reviews themselves. The student review metric which is used to calculate quality is the average rating. For more information on the rating metric, please click here.
Additionally, the search tool considers the topics and categories selected for the course as well as the course title and subtitle. The filter which is used for the search also plays a key role.
I hope this helps!
