, I'm trying to figure out how to email a Udemy person who is in charge of instructors and/or Udemy info?

Two questions:

1) I signed up for the 30 day emails from Udemy a month or so ago to create a course in 30 days but alas I deleted the email by accident before I reviewed them and want to get them again, if possible.

2) Also, wanted to to be guided on where to find the information from Udemy on how to create a good promo video. I watched it before and now that I'm ready to create it, I wanted to watch it again and can't find it.
