Not able to upload profile pic

Hi 

I'm trying to create my profile but it doesn't let me upload the profile pic. I'm not able to move beyond this point. Any suggestions?

If you keep the dimension of the picture to 750x422 or 1500x844 it will be accepted with out any issue. Also, you are not supposed to have any text on the image.

I generally use Keynote (Mac equivalent of PowerPoint) to create an image of my own design (very simple) having my picture along with the logo of my topic.
