Not get any reply

 Hello sir,My verification got failed in udemy.I have sent video(saying that i am the owner of my content) to udemy for Alternate verification and it took more than 24 hrs .But till now i didn't get any reply.I have put big effort to create videos for my course ..Please help me out to solve this problem..
