Hi there, I'm new here and from South Africa. Yes, feel pretty helpless and overwhelmed! Soo many different views on which camera, software, mics, etc are their best! I was wondering: Where should I start? Should I not first TAKE some Udemy courses at first on ''How to create a course''. Should I do courses in my own niche(s) rather? Or should I just start focusing on starting my own course? This process is definately no good for an ADD person!

Udemy has a number of free courses on various things:

I would also suggest you look for free courses from your fellow instructors.

Yes, watch a few courses yourself before making a course. Accept that it's overwhelming. You can't achieve perfection in the first week or month. Or maybe even ever.
But do you know how you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
