         Can someone kindly let me know how to transfer ownership from my co-instructor to myself.

If you are talking about how to do it in Udemy, then go to the course, then click on the wheel in the top-right hand corner.

You can then "Manage instructor permissions".

If you are talking about how to sell it legally from one person to another, then I suggest that you get independent legal advice.

As @PhillipBurton said correctly, you can find the Co-instructor settings in your instructor dashboard under "Manage Instructor Permissions".
