I received an email requesting additional information for Payoneer, but I had already submitted all the required documents such as my ID and bank account details when I created the course. I'm unsure if I need to provide any further information to receive payment.

please, i need to know if it is an obligation to have payoneer account in order to receive the payment or contact them.
