Persona verification

Hi everyone,

I have created a course, but in the last step, udemy system directs me to persona for verification. I uploaded my ID and it scanned my face. But I haven't taken any email from them whether it's okay or not. Also, I sent 2 emails to verification@udemy.com for my questions, but they haven't sent any email.

I uploaded the problem to the post, but it's in Turkish. I hope you can understand.

Hi @Mirackucukcivil42 , in this case, it's best to wait for a response from the verification team since they're best equipped to further assist you with this.
