Can someone please tell me why my promo video will not update to my new video upload and course photo upload?

    The common cause of video upload issues is environmental, so the browser, the machine, or the connection may be responsible for this difficulty. One factor could also be the video itself, I'll recommend you try to upload the file again. If this doesn't work, I'll suggest you reach out to instructorsupport@udemy.com.

    Thanks I checked it this morning and it was updated . Maybe it was a server delay or planets were not in the correct alignment any thanks for your fast response.
