Tax Question

Hi All

I am a new instructor at Udemy and I have a question regarding tax forms. I am a citizen of India but a resident of UAE. Hence when I fill in the W-8BEN tax form I get the below message, stating that my permanent address is in a different country. Can I continue like this or do I need to change my permanent address to India.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
