I was asked to submit my tax form
After completion of the form I was asked to submit u.s TIN and I'm not a u.s based.
How can I go about it?

For non-U.S. instructors, your TIN will be the tax identification number issued by your local government. The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) provides a helpful page here, which details the names and formats that various countries use as TINs.
