My test video has passed 18 calendar days with status "Video in queue". What can I do to speed up this?

Thanks Eliana for your direction.
I reached out to the support, they opened a ticket using email and they marked for higher priority, and just got it yesterday (Total wait time: 22 calendar days) feedback and I'm ready to go and record my course
