Tools for Automating Course Q&A?

Hey all,

I'm prepping some software engineering courses, expecting high Q&A activity. Instead of hiring TAs to handle thousands of questions, I'm thinking automation could be the way to go.

Anyone here use automated teaching assistant software or something similar to handle course Q&A? Would love to hear your experiences and suggestions.
