As you are in Britain, you might want to seek professional help.

Living in Britain myself, I used Caseron. See https://caseron.co.uk/how-to-complete-a-w-8ben-e-form/ for an article which may help - and near the bottom there are 3 addition ways they can help: A video masterclass, a "Check my W-8BEN-E" form, and a "Complete My W-8BEN-E" form, which is what I did. (I'm sure they will also do the W-8BEN, if that is what you need).
