Udemy ourse videos have no sound on android working well on PC

I recorded my desktop screen using OBS studio .Recorded video is working fine on computer but on android video has no sound just have random noise.How can I convert my video so that it will work properly on android.

I am no technical expert but I would have thought an MP4 file would play the same across all platforms?
