Udemy sent the payment but pending from paypal side ( India)

Hi, Yesterday was my first payout day, but still, I did not receive anything. SO i contacted udemy support. The support is saying that Udemy sent the payment but it  is showing as “Pending” by PayPal

SO what it means?

Also for Paypal is it compulsory to add a GST Number to receive any payments? because i don't have any GST number

Please help me to understand the how payout works

@MurliJadhav007 I have received payment in my Paypal. GST is not required to receive payments in Paypal. For Indians, as per RBI guidelines Paypal requires PAN Card and verifying Bank Account.
