Unable to submit my tax information

Hi everyone,

I'm a new course instructor at Udemy.

And I'm unable to submit my tax info. Every time i click on begin submission button, it redirects me to a new page. But that page never opens. 

Any solution for that?

Hi, @Fahimulkabir This is very odd since we have not received reports about this. Could you please try some basic troubleshooting like clearing cookies and cache and trying again? To submit the tax form you should follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your Payout settings page, and click Submit tax documentation to begin the submission process.

2. You will be guided through the submission process on the secure, Comply Exchange platform.

If after trying basic troubleshooting steps you keep getting the error, please take a screenshot and reach out to our Instructor Support team they will be able to assist you.
