Unable to upload content on Udemy

Hi All,

 

I have crated 8 videos. Each video size is between 1.5 to 2gb. The videos have good resolution. Unfortunately, videos are not getting uploaded. I tried uploading a zip file (8 videos together) through a bulk uploader and even tried uploading single videos, but had no success. Every time I am facing an error.

I request someone from support team of Udemy to guide me in this regards.

Please i have a similar challenge to that of Amitkumar.ihave done my verification/test video and it in whatsapp.is it possible to upload the video from whatsapp using my android mobile phone?please i need your help.thanks.
