Hi,
I am planning to record my first lecture using Camtasia. Camtasia has Closed Captioning and hotspots features. But it need Camtasia smart player option selected when exporting video file.
My question, is this format supported in Udemy?
Thanks,
Parthib.

Hey @Parthib_SG, there's a support article that outlines the different supported file types. Check them out here. If you have more questions, you can always reach out instructorsupport@udemy.com for further details.

Hi Abbie,
My video contains scenes , in which students can navigate between scenes (menu, interactivity) after exporting to .mp4 format. Hope this is not a problem to upload. correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks,

The short answer is no. You can only upload video files; not interactive features built on top of them.
Udemy has its own closed captioning system, but there's no way to implement menus and interactivity.
