Hello! today I had sent my verification video. Since the size of the video was large I had to upload it to drive and sent a link of the same. Is that fine? and how long will it take to hear from Udemy?
Hey @Jeff_Poul_, that's okay. Just make sure the team has access to the file once they get the link. Sometimes, you need to manually give people permission to access google drive links.
The verification process takes approximately 2 business days.
4 days ago, udemy asked me to record a verification video. I recoreded it in Saturday,and i shared it in google drive then sent the link to udemy by email.
But unfortunately, in Saturday, udemy asked me to verify my identity through persona.com instead of verification video.
Persona rejected all my government ID cards, because there is no encoding text in it. What should I do now ????
