Video quality requirements please help

Hello dear all, 

I am trying to upload zoom screen recorded lectures as part of my new course; however, having trouble uploading it. Can you please tell me if there is a specific requirement due to which it could be happening? Please, help. Thanks

The minimum resolution required for video lectures is 1280x720, resolutions below this are rejected, and the aspect ratio is 16:9.
