Hi all, I am a new instructure and creating my curriculum. I have recorded my laptop screen showcasing a powerpoint presentation. I used QuickTime player. But verytime I upload it id doesn't save successfully and says 'Failed'. Not sure what to do?
However, if I use my mobile phone to record my laptop screen, it saves automatically with no isses but the quality of the vido is terrible.

You can send a small video clip to the test videos and it will benefit you, and make sure the video is 720p
