Video uploads no problem but fails with message'did not meet mimimum resolution of 720p'

I recorded the video in setting 720p and another in 1080p but both failed resolution requirement.  Cannot figure out what is going wrong!

It might be lower than 720 as Udemy marks videos down to 720 from 1080, so its probably lower.
