Go to solutionHello uDemy Community!
I am excited to be part of this group!
This is something that I have wanted to do for a long time, so I am very proud to be part of the community.
I do have a question that I would like to post.
I just published my first course and I noticed that the mail messaging is not going out?
I have a welcome & congrats written, yet neither are being recieved by my students?
Has anyone else seen this?
It has been happening since 5/3, the day my course was approved.
Thank you for your time,
Scott

Go to solutionHi @ScottKlink, we have temporarily turned off welcome and congratulations messages for free and paid courses on the marketplace and Udemy for Business to lessen the load on our systems.
Check out this announcement we sent out: https://community.udemy.com/t5/Course-Management/New-initiative-to-support-students-during-COVID-19/...

Go to solutionI thought you were checking your messages. If so, they wouldn't have appeared there as these aren't shown as sent messages.
As such, I suggest you contact instructorsupport@udemy.com or to log a ticket at https://support.udemy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?type=instructor
