Hey Instructor Community!
We’ve all been there. Every one of us has started our instructor journey at one point or another. As you grow as an instructor, your goals may be a bit more different than those who have just started. Let’s show some love to the new instructors and help them out with goal-setting!
What are some goals new instructors should have?

As per my experience and successful Instructor on Udemy, I suggest a few goals for new Instructors:
Think about what you are going to teach, your subject matter, your strength, how is your communication style, teaching style based on this you can set your goal.
Initially, you may not get more enrollments but don't get demotivated. This is time taking process so just have patience and focus on your goal and target.
Udemy is the best platform for educating students online so I suggest having a long-term goal and focusing more on the quality of the content.
My formula:
goals + commitment = dreams come true
When you reach your goal take time to enjoy it and thank those that helped you.
Cheers,
Ramesh (Java Guides)
