Hello, I am new - my first day here 

I am currently using zoom for live classes and wanted to know if I can use Zoom to record my class screens, edit them,  and upload them to my course in Udemy instead of having to get other equipment and software?

You can but make sure that the audio and video are good. Otherwise, the people will badly rate it and you will not get many students.
