certification issues with time

hello , This is T dinesh kumar instructor. I have faced some issues with certification, one of my student watched my course on udemy. I had upload first 34 mins video content , he had finished that 34 mins and got certificate but, now i'm complete my uploadation of full content of video. He had finished that 2 hour course but he got again same 34 mins course completion certificate only. i dont know how to solve this issue,Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible .
