what happened to the chat functionj durring my course creation?

    , when you're in the midst of creating a course, Chat with support is available in this section to make it easier for you to contact them if you need immediate assistance. However, once the course is published (that means you no longer have a course creation section within the course) you can then go to our support center here: https://support.udemy.com/hc/en-us to chat with the team.

  • Thanks Abbie. I clicked on the link above, but wasn't able to find the live chat option still. While there are many categories of FAQ's, I'd prefer direct chat option as it is much easier - similar to the one which was there at the time of creating the course. Do we still have that option?

  • Hello Marina, thanks for the link but it redirects to https://support.udemy.com/hc/en-us where I can't find a way to request support outside of the articles posted there. Same has been posted here https://www.reddit.com/r/Udemy/comments/18ra9j8/how_to_contact_customer_support/.

    With no personalized support easily accessible I can't buy anymore any courses. Customer service and centricity are very important for me.
