Go to solutionI have created my first course in this Udemy, I am from India. I have given my details properly but I don't know at the end system is saying
"Because you failed identity verification your account will be removed on April 19, 2020 12:15 AM. If you believe this was done in error, please complete the alternate verification process with our Trust and Safety team described here."
May I know the reason and also submitted video verification. Please let me know my course status ASAP.

Go to solutionYou will need to have patience, recently Udemy have seen a spike for these verification videos and in quite a few countries it's still Sunday. So please wait, and I am sure Udemy will get back to you as soon as possible.
