translate, videos duration, update videos

Hello everybody, I have 3 questions:

1. My courses are in italian but I would like to put the subtitles in english... is here on udemy an option to chose to have the automatic subtitles or do you know some app to use for this purpose? 

2. Is it possible to upload a 50 minutes video?

3.  Can I update the videos after some time and change them with versions translate in other langueges?
