Basic tax information never goes away

I filled up my tax information, submitted and receive the PDF of my submission but it has been a week and the site still shows the warning below:

"Udemy needs some basic tax information from you. If your tax documentation hasn't been reviewed and approved by the next payout date, we'll apply maximum withholding to payout. Please submit your tax documentation to avoid excess withholding."

How long does it take for this message to go away? or is this a sign of a problem that Udemy did not receive my submission?
