Hi I’m new to this , I’m thinking of teaching pattern cutting and design for fashion , but not sure how it alll works, how much do I pay to be on this site , what else do I need to know , any advice I would be grateful.

Hi @TinaThompy1234, as Ramzi pointed out, there's no fee to be an instructor on Udemy. Instructors are paid according to a revenue share model outlined here. When a student buys your course on our marketplace, revenue is shared between you and Udemy, according to our revenue share model. Check out more instructors' FAQs here.

To be a teahcer on Udemy you don't have to pay anything, just switch to insutructor account and start setting up your course. There is a lot of documentation on how to begin on Udemy you have to make some research.

also you have to learn about educational videos and some screencast software technics to record you videos as well.
