Course completion certificate

Some students are reaching out to me and said that we are not getting Course completion certificate. 

Kindly let me know how can I help them in Getting certificates upon completion.

Hi @GowharAli009 It usually happens when the course is not completely completed ( some lectures are missing). You can have them read this article for some troubleshooting steps to get the certificate. If they are unable to fix the issue, they will need to reach out to Student Support here.
