Double Profit and ROI

Hi, my name is Rudi. (Formally Rudolf Burkhard).

I am from the western part of Switzerland. I live about 1000 ft above Lake Geneva with beautiful views of the Alps ... including the Mont Blanc.

My teaching area is business. More specifically manufacturing businesses.

Why did I join the instructor community? Well, my title is maybe somewhat aggressive - at least it may seem to be so. What I teach is ways to use existing resources more effectively so that your company makes more money from the same resources. I am hoping for critique, support and ideas from this group for my course - content, marketing ...

I also joined because I believe that most manufacturing and project organisations have the potential to double profit and ROI and more. Increasing sales by about 15 - 20% without adding to cost will, in most cases be enough to double.

I am close to 80 so so a somewhat crazy old fart. But if I do not stay active I will not make my 4-year-old granddaughter's 18th birthday. That is my key target!
