I am not getting instructor support for ticket# 7961904

I had requested for tax withheld information from April 2022 to March 2023 since that is the tax year followed in India. I am following up on the ticket since 9th March (almost 4 months) now but not getting an response. Now my deadline to file my taxes is approaching and i need your support so that i can manage my taxes better.

My ticket number is 7961904. I am not happy if the platform does not support their instructors in something as basic as this request.

Also, Udemy must have 30,000 Indian instructors. I'm sure one of them can help you with how they do their taxes.

For Indian instructors, Udemy post income and TDS with held information into 26AS document. So please login into Incometax website with the pan details submitted in Udemy and check the 26AS document. Using the same you can proceed with the filing. Please note Udemy will not provide Form 16 document.
